Olumba’s Kingdom Sustaining Beyond 55 Years in the USA
For the past fifty-five years of the establishment of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star (BCS) in the United States of America, the organisation, according to millions of followers, has described it as the New Kingdom of God on earth and has continued to advance in strategic human capacity development, humanitarian outreaches and the love for humanity.
Members of the Kingdom have stated that the existence and physical establishment of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star in the USA is being sustained by the Founder, Leader Olumba Olumba Obu, who they described as the Sole Spiritual Head of the Universe and God incarnate, is practically demonstrating full Kingdom administration through his first son, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu, addressed as the King of kings and Lord of lords, the Returned Christ.
It is firmly reported that the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star was established in the USA in the year 1971 following a divine encounter and conviction by certain brethren led by one Brother Felix Meyer. It has recorded numerous accomplishments and growths, cutting across projects, infrastructures, influx of membership and rapid awareness of the organisation.
In an interview with the head of the organisation in the United States of America, as well known as the National Administrator, Patriarch Christ Shepherd Victor Ekanem said the 55th anniversary celebration was held recently in Houston, Texas, and featured soul-enriching activities such as an interreligious conference, a solemn procession across America, retreat, the Feast of Atonement, and several other programmes.
A major highlight of the celebration was the consecration of the Feast by the Universal Leader, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu.
The consecration was followed by a divine pronouncement upon members of the Brotherhood and citizens of the United States of America.
The Kingdom Bethels and Places of Worship cut across the country with a full operational presence in Washington, DC, Texas, New York, New Jersey, Georgia, California, Florida, and other neighbouring countries.
His Holiness, in His address admonished that “the United States of America occupies a significant place in the agenda of God, highlighting the country’s global contributions as a channel for peace and communication to many”.
He further Commended His faithfuls for the remarkable expansion of the Kingdom across the United States, particularly through milestone projects and infrastructural development.
