Mr. Adeola Oluwatosin Ajayi as New Director General of the Department of State Services(DSS)

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Grand Commander of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has appointed a new Director General for the Department of State Services.

Mr. Adeola Oluwatosin Ajayi assumed this position after Alhaji Yusuf Magaji Bichi CFR resigned.

Mr. Ajayi was recruited into the state civil service as a cadet in 1990 and has gained relevant experiences to make him fit for the job.

He received several trainings in diverse areas of management, security leadership, critical thinking, human resources among others from within and outside the country.

He has also held many Command positions including State Director of Security (SDS) at Rivers, Bayelsa, Bauchi, Enugu and Kogi States. Hence he is well versatile and grounded.

The management and staff of the State Security Services welcomed him and promised him their support, loyalty and cooperation.

The management and staff also wished the outgoing DSS success in his future endeavours.
