Spiritual Leader of Brotherhood Calls on World Leaders Not To Underestimate Nigeria
Olumba Olumba Obu, who is the spiritual foundation of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star organisation, revered by its followers across the world as the New Kingdom of God on earth, has advised global leaders not to underestimate the unchallengeable power sustaining Nigeria, because the nation cannot be judged by her current economic difficulties, political calculations, tribal disagreements or challenges confronting her citizens.
His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu, also addressed as the King of kings and Lord of lords, charged the nations of the world to watch closely the glorious and mighty wonders that will happen in Nigeria.
“I call on world leaders to be ready to witness the glory and power I have bestowed upon this nation. It will bring honour, distinction, and remarkable transformation and shall place this Nation ahead of the world.”
The Universal Leader made the sacred statement at the Kingdom headquarters in Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria, as the country marks another independence milestone. He said the African country is assured of His divine peace and blessings.
Obu admonished Nigerians to move beyond celebrating independence merely as freedom from colonial rule but to true freedom from hatred, tribalism, religious intolerance, corruption, violence and oppression.
“Today, I have once again covered this Nation with My Peace and Grace. Nigeria is Brotherhood and Brotherhood is Nigeria. Therefore, no force can destroy this Country.”
Nigeria is divinely blessed not just as other nations, but with purpose beyond the ordinary understanding of nationhood. Nigeria is that Kingdom which shall not be left to other people but shall ultimately be ruled by God Himself… Olumba noted.
In His address, He urged citizens, residents, and various leaders of the nation not to place their hope and belief in human systems, as government systems will inevitably change, administrations will come and go, and political structures will be transformed, but the divine will of God remains unchangeable.
“Nigeria occupies a unique position as the seat of the new world government. This position also gives deeper meaning to the remarkable constitutional and political journey of this nation, which has passed through different systems and forms of government since independence. Yet the fundamental aspirations of the Nigerian people for lasting peace, justice, equality, security and prosperity remain.
She should not be understood only by the boundaries drawn upon a map but through the divine responsibility and purpose that God has entrusted to her.”
In His concluding message to the world, global leaders, and Nigerians, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu emphasised that humanity should not underestimate the grace of God upon Nigeria, as there exists a power that surpasses human calculations and the strength of governments.
Olumba Obu further explained that His divine presence in Nigeria is not without significance; wherever the presence of God is manifested, there is a reason. Therefore, Nigeria should not look at herself merely through the eyes of her present difficulties.
Leaders of the aforementioned were also admonished to see their calling as a sacred responsibility, to use the authority entrusted to them to promote the welfare of the people, protect the vulnerable, uphold justice and peace, and build institutions that will serve generations to come.
