VICE PRESIDENT SHETTIMA MITIGATES THE TRANSPORTATION ISSUE IN NIGERIA

The Scania’s headquarters in Soodertalje, Sweden graced the arrival of Vice President Shettima.

The Vice president was welcomed by  Mr. Fredrik Wijkander of the Scania Group.
The Vice president in his tour visited the manufacturers of Scania’s motors.

The purpose of this  visitation was to discuss the potential of Nigeria’s market and explore deeper collaboration opportunities.

Furthermore, the discussion centered on the possible solutions to curb the rampaging issues prevalent in Nigeria as regards possible solutions to ease transportation issues.

According to Vice President shettima, this gesture aligns with the  presidents agenda involving cleaner and efficient transportation,  specifically considering the Compressed natural gas. (CNG)

Hence, the scania’s expertise is expected to play an important role in modernizing Nigerians  transport infrastructure.

Subsequently, the vice president visited the Swedish prime minister today.

They deliberated on strengthening bilateral relations while covering trade expansion, strategic partnerships, regional security cooperation and deepening collaborations across various sectors.
