At about 2:00 AM today, the Presidential aspirant for the Republicans in New York expressed his gratitude for the massive support shown by citizens of the state during his rally. The rally received over 60,000 ticket requests for a venue which could hold only 16,000 in the bluest part of town. The people showed their love and support with tumultuous chants for the 45th President of the United State.
Trump in his speech started by noting the massive turn out also thanking them for the turn out. He went to express his satisfaction for being back in New York where there were thousands of proud patriots saying they are “the heart and souls of America.” He also stated his intention of winning New York for the Republicans, something that has not been done for years. He also stated that winning the state is crucial in his quest to getting into the White House where he plans to fix up the country.
Trump went on to speak on his assassination attempt three days ago, the second one in 8 weeks, where the violent would-be assassin got within a hundred yards of him. He lauded the outstanding members of the secret service who spotted the imminent danger and apprehended the assassin who’s barrel stuck out of the nearby lush bushes before he could enter the line of sight of the attacker.
While thanking other law enforcement officials for their efforts in arresting the attacker he highlighted the heroic act of the lady who followed the attacker, took pictures of his truck and license plate and forwarded them to the local precinct saying he looked suspicious.
In a message to his rival, Kamala Harris, he described her as a radical left politician saying “it is time to stop the lies, stop the hoaxes, stop the smears, stop the law fair,stop the fake lawsuits against me and stop claiming that your opponent would turn America into a dictatorship.” “The fact is I am not a threat to democracy, they are.” He added.
