As the race to the White House progresses the Presidential nominee for the Republicans, Donald Trump has expressed his optimism and hope for a great debate session against Kamala Harris which is scheduled to hold on September 10, 2024.
The former president took to his X (formerly twitter) handle to highlight some key areas he hopes to address during the debate with his major point being exposing Kamala Harris for being a fraud as “Harris has changed every one of her long held positions, on everything.” He also added that, “America will never allow an Election WEAPONIZING MARXIST TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE U.S.”
A video of some of Harris’ stand on various issues and the changes she has made on these stands was posted on Trump’s X account in a bid to validate his claim, tagging Harris as “Failed, Weak and dangerously liberal.”
The post which has sparked thousands of reactions holds some of the citizens views and stands on the presidential race as some anticipate Harris’ dropping out of the race soon.
Also, some citizen seem to approve of Trump’s stands and vision offering their support and votes in the forthcoming Elections.
However, some call for a focus on the issues of the American people rather than personal attacks saying the debate should be about exchanging ideas and policies rather than insults urging the aspirants to keep things civil and respectful come September 10.
While appreciating Trump’s authenticity and ability to see through Harris’ obvious fraudulence, another faction seem to believe that debating Harris could reveal some inconsistencies, but extreme rhetoric might overshadow genuine issues.
